Enjoy a curated five-course lunch or dinner, thoughtfully paired with a selection of wine or beer, tailored to your preference. Throughout the experience, Chef Louis will guide you through each dish, sharing insights into the ingredients, inspiration, and techniques, while inviting conversation along the way.

Priced at $160 per person, the experience includes paired beverages and 20% off any tasting room purchases made on the day of your booking.

Bookings are available during SLATE Restaurant service - lunch Wednesday to Sunday, and dinner on Saturday evenings.
